The Total Care Program provides support for people with chronic
or complex illnesses or conditions. If you are eligible for the
Total Care program we provide you with a host of services, which
include:
- Regular contact from an experienced Registered Nurse.
- A phone-in service to our Registered Nurses for those
unexpected questions.
- A comprehensive book on how you can live a healthy life with
a Chronic Condition.
- Links to websites for information and support about your condition

Regular Contact
We'll contact you at regular intervals to assist you to self-manage your
condition. We can provide information on your condition, and access to
support groups and services.

Am I eligible?
You can enrol on our Total Care Program if you:
- Have a chronic or complex illness.
- Have hospital only or hospital and extras cover with us.
- Have served your waiting periods.
